Hector Rodriguez, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rodriguez is Bricsnet's Chairman on the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rodriguez also serves on the Board of various Torimbia companies and is the Principal of the Torimbia group that sanctions all new investments. Torimbia is a circa USD 1 Billion, privately held and family-owned holding group, with business interests in the sectors of real estate, retail gas distribution, global credit card payment processing and other minority investments. Hector has a strong technology and business background attained early on through his 9-year tenure in Accenture, where he worked on multinational projects in the United States, Europe and Latin America.
David Karpook, Vice President of Product Marketing
David Karpook is Vice President of Product Marketing for Bricsnet. A 15-year industry veteran, he has been a customer, vendor, system implementer, trainer and strategist, managing workplace technology projects in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining Bricsnet, Dave held management positions at Tririga and Peregrine Systems. His experience includes seven years as a facility manager and construction project manager at the University of Florida. Dave has also worked as a journalist for The New York Times and The Orlando Sentinel. He is a graduate of Harvard University and has a Master of Architecture degree from University of Florida. Dave speaks frequently on workplace management topics at industry forums and conferences.
Dave Gardner, Vice President of Sales
As Vice President for ProjectCenter, Mr. Gardner combines extensive building industry experience with an in-depth understanding of Internet technologies. In his current position, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ProjectCenter from product design and development to sales and marketing activities. Mr. Gardner has successfully implemented ProjectCenter within over 3,200 construction projects worldwide, which represents a user-base of well over 13,000 people. Mr. Gardner spent 15 years in the building industry and was involved in over $100 million worth of construction with responsibilities ranging from producing construction documents to jobsite supervision to complete commercial and private construction projects on-time and on-budget.
Donna Schmidt, Director of Finance
As Bricsnet's Director of Finance, Ms. Schmidt brings more than 20 years of experience to the table. Donna orchestrates Bricsnet's finances with a firm commitment to accuracy and quality results. She has held senior-level finance and management roles in a wide range of industries, including lumber, private equity, consulting, contract furniture, law and CPA firms. She is a graduate of Golden Gate University in San Francisco, with a degree in Accounting.
David Sawdey, Director of Product Management
David Sawdey is the Director of Product Management for Bricsnet. With over 10 years in technology sales, consulting and application development, Dave's experience includes designing, developing and servicing enterprise and customized applications for financial, insurance, retail, manufacturing and transportation clients. Mr. Sawdey is a certified Microsoft professional and a member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) since 1998.
Kelly Kingdon, Director of Engineering
Kelly Kingdon, Bricsnet's Director of Engineering, has more than 20 years experience in the software industry as a senior engineer, technical lead and manager. Her background includes work on enterprise applications, electronic medical records systems and clinical trial software for pharmaceutical companies. She has a degree in mathematics and computer science from Kent State University in Ohio.
Mitch Gottlieb, Director of Operations
Mr. Gottlieb brings more than 15 years of experience in the software industry. Most recently, Mr. Gottlieb was consulting with several companies to better their internal processes with a focus on cost savings as well as recognizing potential new revenue streams. Before consulting, Mr. Gottlieb was a manager of support services at 360commerce. As a member of the management team, Mr. Gottlieb was a key contributor to the company's success, which lead to Oracle’s acquisition. Over the 15 years, he has been involved as a developer, release manager and operation’s lead with a number of software companies including Compaq, MSHOW, and Bridgestream. Mr. Gottlieb holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science and math from University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is currently enrolled at the University of Texas EMBA program.
Manuel Rodriguez Pertiñez, Vice President for Europe
With more than 15 years experience, Mr. Rodriguez leads Bricsnet Operations in Europe and Latin America. He has experience at an international level in all major corporate operations areas: Information technology, operations, sales, and finance. Prior to joining Bricsnet, Mr. Rodriguez has worked for Accenture where he was part of the Executive Team in the Finance and Banking practice, specializing in large scale change, strategy and re-engineering consulting in assignments in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Manuel holds a Business Administration degree from Granada (Spain) and Frankfurt (Germany) Universities. He is fluent in Spanish, English, German and Italian.
John Fanguy, Advisor, Professional Services
With more than 19 years experience, Mr. Fanguy leads the Bricsnet Professional Services Team. John is a senior technology executive with extensive experience in profitably managing large projects. He has experience in all major corporate operations areas: Sales, customer care, inventory management, information technology, order management, billing and finance. John's management approach is extremely collaborative, which leads to high customer satisfaction and productivity. Prior to joining Bricsnet, Mr. Fanguy held a range of management positions at BizSpeed, ManageStar and Accenture. John is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology.
